NO-IP DUC installer Invalid Username/Password

Well, you have your new no-ip account, then you are installing the DUC (Dynamic Update Client) and it prompts you for your username & password, but the response is always the same: Invalid Username / Password.

I checked twice my password, I changed it throught the no-ip web and copied&paste it several times. I shout to the screen "If I can sign-in to the web the password must be correct!!!!!" Always the same result: Invalid  Username / Password. What was wrong?????
